TifTuf is a hybrid Bermuda grass with a very fine leaf blade and dense growth. TifTuf is ideal for a wide variety of applications due to the ability to handle high wear situations for busy backyards and sportsfields. With the correct maintenance, TifTuf will deliver a beautiful "best lawn in the street" result.
Sir Grange Zoysia is as luxurious as it is practical! A fine leaf Zoysia that grows laterally and vertically, Sir Grange provides exceptional coverage unlike any other grass variety available in Australia. For the best results, Sir Grange must be laid on a soil that has good drainage (100mm of sandy soil highly recommended) and requires full sun in the cooler, southern parts of Australia.
A hard wearing, thick bladed grass, broad leaf turf is the perfect choice for those looking for a lawn that can handle active kids and furry friends. Choose from our range of Eureka Kikuyu PBR and Sir Walter DNA Certified broad leaf turf.
Eureka Kikuyu PBR has fast repairing qualities. Eureka Kikuyu PBR turf is male sterile, disease resistant, and has lower watering and nutrient requirements than most common Kikuyu lawns. Eureka Kikuyu PBR cannot produce pollen or flowers, so it will not produce seed. This pure strain of improved Kikuyu meets the market requirements for high level Kikuyu performance. The Kikuyu PBR grass blade is relatively small and fine which provides a pleasing, aesthetic look and feel if maintained correctly. Eureka Kikuyu PBR requires full sun, will perform well in most soil types, is drought tolerant and an excellent self-repairer.
Sir Walter is our superior quality soft leaf buffalo grass. This broad leaf turf is drought resistant and requires minimal maintenance after establishment, compared to other turf types. Sir Walter has been born and bred for Australian conditions and is a creeping grass with surface runners, which means edges and borders are easy to maintain. It is advisable that a top dressing of coarse washed river sand is applied to the joins to retain moisture. A ratio of ¼ cubic metre of sand per 100 m² of turf is to be laid.
